Historian Charles Oliver, the official name is “Lower Swale Cemetery”
and directions are: Off Co. Rte 119. northbound, follow Angel Road to
the junction with Swale Road westbound. From George Dickey: A person wanting to reach Lower Swale should continue on 119 to the Junction with the Cameron/West Jasper road and continue on this road a short distance to the junction with the Swale road this is a left turn. Then proceed on the Swale road for approximately 1 mile to the cemetery. The cemetery is on the left of the road if coming from Cameron. Angle road is dangerous for someone not familiar with it. I'm a native and I won't use it. |
