Miss Bendrick Becomes Bride
BATH-- Deborah Jo-Ann Bendrick became the bride of Kevin Robert Brundage in a wedding ceremony Saturday, June 5, in the First Presbyterian Church.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. John Bendrick, Thomas Rd., RD 4. The Bridegroom in the son of Mr. And Mrs. William Brundage of Bath RD 2.
The Rev. Clair Statham officiated at the double ring wedding service which was performed before an altar with two arrangement of white gladiolus and daisies and carnations to match the bouquets of wedding party.
Given in marriage by Christopher Bendrick of Thomas Road, Bath RD 4, the bride was attired in an empire grown of organza and delicate Venise flowers. It was styled with a scoop neckline collar with crystal pleatings and lace short puff sleeves edged with pleating . Bands of lace top crystal pleating were across the skirt. The hemline was attached to a train edged with lace.
Her mantilla veil was edged with lace. She carried a colonial bouquet with white carnations, pink roses and green daisies.
Miss Bonnie Beckman, 10 Bundy Ave., Bath, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Lanita Germain of 2 Kalina Drive, Rhinebeck, and Miss Mary Lou Hunt, 14 Tuscarora St., Addison.
Booni Lu Brundage was flower girl and Bobbi Jo Brundage was ring bearer, both are cousins of the bride and resides of 130 E. Washington St, Bath.
Best man for the bridegroom was Louis Waterstraat of 186 West Keuka Lake Rd., Hammondsport. Ushers were Peter Torri, 20 Perrault Rd., Needham, Mass., and Kris Brundage of Bath RD 2, brother of the bridegroom
A dinner reception for about 100 guest was at the M & M Restaurant, Bath, with Wesley Moore of Bath acting.
The newlyweds left on a trip to the Disney World and Daytona Beach in Florida.
The bride was graduated by Haverling Central High School 1973, and Alfred Agricultural and Technical College this year. She majored in secretarial work.
The bridegroom was graduated by Haverling, 1972, and Alfred University this year. He is employed as a ceramic engineer in the Product Development Division of the Corning Glass Works at Corning.
Mr. And Mrs. Brundage will reside after June 14 at 8 Allen St., Bath.
