|LOIS A. BROL
SALAMANCA- Lois A. Brol, 51 of 55 Murray Ave. died Friday (Sept. 6, 1991)
at Olean General Hospital, following a long illness.
Born Nov. 12, 1939 in Coudersport, Pa., Mrs. Brol was a daughter of Agnes
E. Chandler Ferguson and the late Mark J. Ferguson. On May 13, 1965 in
Holy Name of Mary Church, Ellicottville, NY., she was married to Victor Brol,
Mrs. Brol was employed as a teller at the Salamanca Trust Co. She was a
member of the Holy Cross Church.
Surviving besides her husband are one daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Dawn) Fish of
287 Highland Ave.; one son, James Brol of 549 East State st.; one
granddaughter, Kristy Elizabeth Brol; her mother Agnes Ferguson of Sawmill
Run Road., Little Valley, NY.; two sisters, Yvonne Jordan of Bandon, Ore.
and Mary E. Bryant of Sawmill Run Road.; two brothers, Theodore B.
Ferguson of Dansville, NY and Neil E. Ferguson of McKinleyville, Calif. and
several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother LeRoy Ferguson.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Sunday at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke, Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home,
followed by committal prayers at Calvary Cemetery, with Rev. Constantine
Kwiatkowski, pastor of Holy Cross Church, officiating.
A scriptural Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
