Teresa was a talented knitter for her friends and family. She was a quiet behind the scenes person who cared dearly for her friends and family. She worked at home, raising her children, chickens and turkeys, then worked at "Continuo" and retired from ProAction of Steuben and Yates in the Child Care Project group as a Subsidy Processor.
Anyone who knew her loved her sense of humor and laughter. Her favorite place was the Outer Banks of North Carolina, on a deck watching the sunrise and drinking a cup of coffee.
A memorial service will be held at LaMarche Funeral Home Hammondsport on July 7th with calling hours from 2 to 5pm with a short service to follow; Pastor Bob Burket of Lawerenceville PA officiating.
All are welcome to bring a picture of Teresa that holds a memory for them to put on a photo board.
In lieu of flowers, Teresa asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org).
