Daneil B. Kyser
OLEAN - Daniel B. Kyser, of 714 Main St., Olean, passed away Friday (March 21, 2014) at his home after a brief illness.
Bron on Sept. 18, 1942, in Punxsutawney, Pa., he was a son of the later Robert and Hazel Milgate Kyser.
He was a graduate of Richburg Central School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960 to 1965. Dan owned and operated Kyser Realty in Olean for many years.
He enjoyed carpentry, gardening and golfing.
Surviving are two daughters, Denise (Joe) Harenda of Rock Hill, S.C., and Tammy Wallace of West Palm Beach, Fla.; a son, Dennis (Ada) Kyser of Russell. Pa..;
14 grandchildren; a brother, Donald Kyser of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Robert Kyser; and a long-time companion, Marjorie Maxson.
Family will receive friends today (Thursday, March 27, 2014) at the Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 1303 E. State St., f rom 11 a.m. to noon, at which time a memorial service will be held. The Rev. Leslie Chambers, pastor of West Clarksville Baptist Church, will officiate.
