WELLSVILLE — Brenda A. Fagan, age 65, of 237 O’Connor St., passed away on Monday (Feb. 18, 2013), in her home.

She was born on Jan. 26, 1948, in Wellsville, to Francis “Frank” and Madeline Padden Fagan.

Brenda was longtime resident of Wellsville who enjoyed being in the kitchen at her group home watching all of the activities. She liked car rides, sitting outside, eating chocolate, eating cheezies and she especially enjoyed a cup of coffee.

Survivors include two brothers, David Fagan of Scio, and John (Sandra) Fagan of Concorde, N.C.; four sisters, Helen (Loren) LeBere of Ponteverda, Fla., Frances Baham of Fairport, Mary Fagan of Wellsville, and Suzanne “Suzie” Fagan of Wellsville; Several nieces, nephews and her extended family at ARC.

Friends are invited to call on Friday (March 8, 2013), from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home in Wellsville. A prayer service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Wellsville.

Burial will take place in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Friends of Allegany ARC at 240 O’Connor St. in Wellsville or to the Kelley Cooper Memorial Scholarship at the Immaculate Conception School in Wellsville or to the Hart Comfort House in Wellsville.

The Fagan family wishes to thank the ARC staff at both the Dyke Street location and the O’Connor Street location for the great care given to Brenda.
