She lived with her grandson, Edgar Matttison in Coudersport.

They first settled at Owego, NY for a short time, moving from there to Potter County. Her first husband, James Haskins, was killed and several years later she married Abraham Jones of Owego, NY who died in 1890. Survived by her sister, Mrs. Fanny Jones of Costello.

Kansas. Survived by 2 children: John W. and Clara Jones of Costello; 2 sisters: Mrs. Mary Williams of Logue and Mrs. Flora Moore of Costello; 1 brother, Abram Jones of Coudersport; also, his mother, Mrs. Fannie Jones of Costello.

JONES, Fannie Death 04-17-1914 Mrs. Fannie Jones died April 17, 1914 at the home of her granddaughter, Clara Jones, near Costello. She was the mother of Abram Jones of Coudersport and was 88 years old.

JONES, Frank Death 09-29-1913 Frank Jones who lived on the Olstead farm between Brookland and West Pike, was found dead on the barn floor with two bullet wounds in his head Monday [9-29-1913]. Mystery shrouds his death, he was addicted to the use of morphine and had purchased a revolver a week previous. It was thought the wounds were not self inflected.
