TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AGO
December 4, 1913

Rozario Giglioti was hanged at smethport this morning at 10 o'clock for the murder of Grace Bigler and Anthony Krohn at Bradford two years ago. C.S. King of Port Allegany strapped the man's hands to his sides, strapped his feet together, and placed the black cap over his head. Sheriff Bain sprung the trap. Several from Port Allegany witnessed the execution.
