In February, 1935, this Association (Liberty Park Cemetery Association)
assumed responsibility for administering the small Snyder Hill Cemetery,
to which Mr. Herbert C. Rich had left a bequest providing $50 a year
for upkeep. 2
This document was found among our family papers. In addition there are
other notes regarding this cemetery.
There was acommittee formed in the 1960s to raise money to repair and
/or restore some of the grave markers in Snyder Hill Cemetary.
The work done is mentioned in the Rich-Hall Reunion Newsletters
during that time period.
