Choose Print on your Browser

Tell your printer to print only page 1, choose number
of copies to be made, choose landscape.

When all copies have been printed flip paper so that the
first column of page 2 will be printed on the same end as third column
on page 1 just printed.

of copies to be made, choose landscape.
